SWA Architects interview questions

Applied on a Friday and had an interview by the following Friday. The interview went great. Simple questions about my experience and talents. Also asked about my personality. I was also given an exam on Autocad by their CAD manager. I was offered the position on the following Monday.

I apply through email around 2+ week, and get interview by email to ask schedule the time. It is a easy interview. they ask me my past working experience and discuss what they what kinds of skill people. they prefer people have ADA code experience. It is around 15 mins interview.
