My interview was swift and streamlined. The interviewer was kind and did not ask any challenging questions, was very receptive, and the interview flowed very naturally. Very standard. Overall, it was a very positive experience on my end.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard tell me about yourself, why are you a good fit for this role, and very interested in your personal passions and how they relate to your role.
I applied online. I interviewed at SXSW (Austin, TX) in July 2019
Interview
I had a phone interview with the person that would be my manager/mentor, then was invited for an in-person with that person and a higher-up. After passing those two interview stages I did some sample work - it only took a few hours, I could do it at home, and it was just a theoretical exercise based on info from past years (not doing free work that would still be useful to the company). After that I was offered the position and accepted.

Question 1
What live music have you seen recently? (For whatever track of the festival you interview for, they want to know that you actively keep up with that industry, and not just the big names).
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SXSW (Austin, TX) in Dec 2019
Interview
It was informal, but comfortable. There were two people interviewing me, and they were engaging and informative. The interview was at SXSW, and we discussed my resume. They asked me to expand on my leadership skills.
