I applied through other source. I interviewed at Saatchi & Saatchi Group (San Juan, PR) in Aug 2012
Interview
Short and not too detailed. Only focused on the culture there and base salary which was way too low to begin with, but I had to settle because there was nothing else around.

Question 1
What were my salary expectations? Why I wanted to work there? What was my experience?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Saatchi & Saatchi Group (New York, NY) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was laidback. It consisted of a 30 minute call with internal recruiter then two 45-minute video interviews with 2 creative directors.
Company went radio silent after the interviews.
There was no followup from recruiter which is never a good feeling.

Question 1
Tell us about xxx campaign in your book. What was your exact contribution?
Everyone I talked to was nice but conversations could be rushed, or feel like they were just running through a list of questions. Recruiters are focused on seeing if you're qualified rather than if you fit in, which is understandable.

What's a project that you're proud of even though it didn't get launched. Why do you think it failed?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Saatchi & Saatchi Group (Madrid) in Apr 2014
Interview
Really easy, I just sended my portfolio by email, the they asked me to go on an interview, I showed my work to my creative directors and they wanted me to start as soon as posible.
