Interview
Very in-depth interview process. Multiple phone interviews, long in-person interview, math and proofreading test. I went in for the in-person interview, which was about 3 hours. I reached out via email after the interview, and they said they would contact me within a week to give me a status update, but I never heard back. I understand larger companies not being able to get back to their interviewees, but a small company that has a long and intense interview process should be more professional about the interview process.

Interview
The process was relaxed and easy-going with a wide-ranging array of questions that allowed me to describe a very non-linear career path. Overall, the process took two hours, and I got a good sense of what it would be like to work with the employer. I was not initially impressed with the office,though. I didn't like the location being in an older strip mall, although it was right next to the train station.
