After applying online, I was contacted by the recruiter several days later, set up for a phone call (typical initial HR call). During the conversation I was informed that I will be sent a programming task that needs to be done within 24 hours. The programming task was easy one, not much to fail... After sending my solution to the recruiter in the given time, next weeks I was ghosted. No response, no YES, no NO. Just ignored and don't know why. 3 weeks later I received typical auto response I was not the best candidate. Overall seems to me it's not very professional attitude to the candidate...
