Not too bad at the start of the process (first interview call, first in person interview) but it only went downhill from there. I had to meet with several different stakeholders, sometimes more than once in a week. That wouldn't have been an issue, except they kept changing the date/time constantly and most often at very short notice, which made it difficult for me to schedule my day, especially since I was also working full time. I passed all the interviews with flying colours, including a presentation (so I was told and made to believe) and I met for a final and 7th interview with a high ranking HR person. The interview went well (I thought), but after that I didn't hear anything for almost a week. I contacted her directly to follow up and not only was she dismissive, but apparently she didn't even remember me (very unprofessional)! She finally said they were still doing final interviews with other candidates, but they would make their decision in the next couple of days and would keep me informed. Almost another week went by without any news, so I kept trying to contact the internal recruiter and other people I had interviewed with (and had given me their contact details) to try and find out where the process was at, but was met with either vague excuses or complete radio silence. In the meantime, I found another job elsewhere and weeks later someone else in the Sabre recruitment team sent me a generic email to inform me I hadn't been selected; not even a phone call, or thank you for your time. By then the whole process had taken almost three months. I think even if I had been offered the job, I would have thought twice about accepting it. If that's the contempt with which they treat the people they're trying to convince to work for them, imagine once you're 'trapped' in there!
