Had lunch with a recruiter and he broke down the job and then gave me an offer. The hiring process is very easy. summer sales companies are always looking for new sales reps. In Oder to win you over they will wine and dine you and try to convince you why you should work for them.

The questions were very simple and easy to answer. They just wanted to understand who I was and what I was looking to get out the up come summer. They also wanted to make sure that I fit the culture of what they were looking.
