I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Safe Software (Surrey, BC) in July 2014
Interview
One on one interview where interviewer does not comment on your answers and leaves you hanging if they feel your answer was too brief or incomplete. Best to provide detailed responses and know what the company does inside and out to give yourself the best chance at a job offer. Overall the interview felt very tense, but I still managed to get a job offer. At no point in the interview was I asked to write code.

I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Safe Software (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview began by explaining more about the company, their culture, and what they do. I was then asked to talk about one of my personal projects in a fair amount of detail, and was asked a few questions about it. We finished with several questions on OOP and design patterns, with some emphasis on how these may be implemented in C++ since that's the position I was interviewing for.
Overall a great experience. My interviewer was very friendly and helped make the experience feel more like a conversation than an interview.
