I applied online. I interviewed at SafeRide Health (San Antonio, TX) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process was quick and easy, I was hired within two weeks. One quick phone interview and then a virtual interview with a Supervisor. This is a great company.

I applied online. I interviewed at SafeRide Health in Mar 2026
Interview
Completely forgot I applied. They reach out to me many many months later. Although its important to note that when I began interviewing they removed the job posting which was odd. I have to assume they already had someone for the role at that point they should have excused me from the process. Person interving me was on the team. Let's me know its a five round process (first red flag): Initial Screening with Member of the Strategy & Operations team.
Second Round Interview with a Manager on the Strategy & Operations team.
An interview challenge that evaluates your practical skills, problem-solving aptitude, and your proficiency in presenting and defending your decisions.
Interview with the Hiring Manager.
A final round interview with our VP of Strategy & Insights and our COO. I meet with him. fine. should have second round but the person was out. I get moved to the challenge which required a full day investment. Had a follow up interview on the challenge. Got amazing feedback. Had the second round. The person reschedules the morning of the interview and Im rescheduled for 6am. It goes well (I think). Then two days later Im hit with a generic rejection from someone who was not involved in the process at all and no feedback. Sad part is the people seemed nice and the work could have been cool. Companies need to stop wasting peoples time.

screenings were situational and behavioral and challenge was in xcel
Would honestly avoid the company. Dont seem to be internally aligned.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SafeRide Health (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
The first interview was done using an AI interviewer, via video. It was different, be as specific as you can, because anything outside of what’s asked, will restart the whole question over. After reflecting on the process, I’ve decided to withdraw my candidacy. I believe candidate experience is an important reflection of organizational culture and values. I respectfully wasn’t given that attention at all. In total, for higher roles it was mentioned 5 rounds before a decision is made.
