I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Safety Partners (Bedford, MA) in July 2022
Interview
There was the initial 30 Minute phone screen, followed by a1 hour interview w/ the VP of Sales, a 3 Hour Meeting w/ the Team, and a 3 hour in person meeting with the Team. During the 30 minute portion of the 3 hour in person meeting with the Founder, the Founder was distracted and spent half the time on her computer, asked for my girlfriend's LinkedIn information when she found out that she is in a similar industry, and connected with her before the interview was even over. Highly unprofessional.

Standard questions about networking and business development.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Safety Partners in July 2022
Interview
There was an initial phone screening by HR. Once you passed the screening you move onto the 3-hour interview with a panel of managers one by one. The most repeated questions asked were about how you stay organized and how you stay on top of changing regulations.

Question 1
How do you stay organized? This one is key to getting the job. It is high-pressure and unforgiving if you cannot stay organized.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Safety Partners (Boston, MA) in Sept 2022
Interview
Applied and heard back from recruiter fairly quickly. One phone screen, then a 3 hour series of interviews. Everyone was fairly friendly, not a difficult interview at all. Heard back a week later with an offer, choose to decline. Heads up, there is a fairly strict non-compete you'll have to sign to join (ie. no working for a competitor, or for a company you've consulted with), and only a $100 monthly voucher for travel between different locations (this is not standard, even for a smaller consulting company. Believe me, I asked around more than a few professional acquaintances in the field, including at companies smaller than Safety Partners). Safety Partners seems like a good place to work. But these extra restrictions and costs are too much, in my opinion. Consider carefully.
