The interview process has four stages. It kicks off with a quick 30-minute intro call with the Chief Product Officer and an Engineering Manager. After that, you’ll do a coding test where you build a finance calculator alongside two of the senior developers. Next comes a system design exercise, also with two senior developers. Both the coding and system design sessions are about an hour each. The final step is a one-hour chat with someone from the product team, focusing more on soft skills and how you work with others.
