I met with two engineers and the CEO. It was pretty informal. There were a variety of questions about technical ability and length of time spent working with certain technologies. Politics came up briefly, which I felt was inappropriate. I was surprised to receive an offer at the end of the interview, having not supplied references or an application. I gathered the CEO liked to hire based on his gut, but I was a bit taken aback. Still, the job seemed enticing so I accepted.
