Sago Manager interview questions

Was contacted for a phone screening within a couple hours of submitting my application. This was followed by a 1:1 virtual interview with the hiring manager and then a virtual panel interview/training demonstration with the hiring manager and two other people. No word from the recruiter about status until the generic "no" email nearly two weeks after the final round. Would've expected a faster communication for a final round. The phone screen was right before the holidays and then after the first of the year the interview rounds happened in consecutive weeks. I found it odd that each interview round was only 30 min. so they basically made a hiring decision for a meaty role by only spending an hour total with you with little to no time for me to ask questions. I also to this day have no idea what the pay would've been. No salary range was disclosed, even prior to the final round.
