Sahel interview questions

I applied through an Ad. Then I was invited for a competency-based assessment where I was asked to do a 3-piece financial model, valuation, and investment recommendation over a weekend, for a hypothetical oil-processing company. I then presented it three or four days after submission. The questions were basically about the model and valuation, it was less behavioral.

The process lasted 4 weeks. Included a test and interview. Tests included case studies as well as some financial modeling. Basic financial accounting and statement analysis knowledge is strongly required.
