      Case Manager Interview

      10 Sept 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SailFuture

      Interview

I got to the interview on time and had to wait about 10 minutes before I was taken in and it started. There were 3 people in the room interviewing me about my experience. I truly have never felt more embarrassed at an interview. One of the interviewers in particular, was discounting all of my experiences as I was telling them. I felt as though I was more than qualified, but even if I didn't get the job, I still would have preferred a fair interview and pleasant conversation. It was almost like the guy was mocking me. Telling me how difficult it is to do their job and making sure I knew I wouldn't be able to do it. It's jobs and interviews like these that highly discourage people from challenging themselves and believing they can accomplish their goals. Luckily, I accepted a position as a CM at a company who saw my value. I have never forgotten how unpleasant this interview was. Worst one of my life.
