Interviewer followed a set of defined questions on different aspects of the job, most were situational questions on customer service. Asked about availability. Interview lasted 45 mins. Got a call back after a week where I was offerred the job.

Went to the customer service desk and asked about an interview, then a lady came over 5 minutes later and we went to her office and had a straightforward interview.
