Interview
First thing I had to do was go to the customer service desk and wait for the interviewer. I was taken up to the staff room and the interview started. We started by watching videos which had different situations, we had to judge what was wrong with them. Next there was a personality quiz and lastly a 1 to 1 laid back interview.

Face to Face interview with the department manager. Given scenarios and asked to talk through how you would handle them. I was then offered the job there and then and started a few weeks later. It started with a multiple choice questions online.

Scenarios and how I would deal with them/ provide experience of how you have handled them in the past.
Completed an application form, received an invitation to complete an online assessment. I was then asked to attend an interview at the store location as the next step in the process.
Experience based questions and asking about times you have worked well as a team - some scenario questions too but quite light and more focus placed on personality based questions rather than skills
