Interview
1 to 1 interview with the manager. Lasts roughly an hour, questions are quite easy, just general common sense most of them. Scenario questions are doen too, where you are shown an image and asked what would you do?
Pretty straightforward and fast application process. After submitting application I was booked in for an interview the week after. Good staff and ideal first job. Depends on the role, but the hours I had worked were not too bad and pay was above the London minimum wage.

Fairly straight forward and simple. I was asked questions more about the type of person I was than what I was capable of. Therefore, I did not need much preparation.
