Interview
The online interview was very basic and easy to complete, the questions are best and worse case.
The video interview was very relaxed, 10 questions, 6 of which are just " how far are you willing to travel" and "would you work night shifts?" 7-9 are questions like why do you want to work for sainsburys? you are a new manager and a colleague is underperforming what would you do? The store is underperforming on it's customer service reviews and you have been tasked with fixing this how would you do it?
Great experience, do your homework and write questions down with your answers and practice for an hour or so to get used to the camera before hand , good luck!!
The interview was straightforward with a number of competency and technical based questions. Asked about specific experiences with managing teams and conflict resolution. Focus on performance management and how to communicate with teams to convey company goals.

Quick and a waste of time.
Called me to book an interview, I had to do the online compliance and they then emailed me a link where I can prep for the interview which I spent a couple of hours doing the night before. I then get in the car to leave and quickly check my emails to say that my interview has been cancelled with no explanation.
