Interview
Professional and friendly. Most of the science teachers were women. Teachers were dressed causally. Seemed like the teachers taught all year long. Left with an overall good feeling about the school, its academics, and the warm community.

The interview process is fair. Be able to hold your own while being impressive. It is always a plus to bring something unique to the table. They love those who are innovative.
