Interview
I had 2 rounds in 2015.
First one was a mix of behavioral and technical. Only basics were asked.
Second round was more of behavioral skills round directly with client on team management and handling pressure. They asked about my experiences of managing client pressure in conflicts. Few questions on number of people reported.

Interview
With verbal, test, technical, psychometric, telephonic, group interview, senior level telephonic round, then simultaneously all exams through online. Had to arrive at head office for one to one interview. That's all.
