Saint Louis Art Museum interview questions

I had a first round phone interview that lasted 30-45 minutes. I was asked several questions about my resume and experience and given time to ask questions about the position. It was a standard phone interview. What made this a negative experience was that they ghosted me after the interview. I followed up after three weeks of not hearing anything and did not receive a response nor did anyone contact me to tell me I wasn’t moving forward in the process.
