I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Saint Paul College (Saint Paul, MN) in June 2019
Interview
They asked me to bring my ID and printed page of my class schedule. They asked me to describe what I did in my previous job. They used the rest of the time to explain to me what the job I applied for is like. They asked me if I had any questions regarding the role.
For work-study, you apply online and after that, you will receive an email regarding your interview. Ater the interview you just wait for them to email you back. The interview is short, usually 5-10 min.
I applied online. I interviewed at Saint Paul College (Saint Paul, MN) in Dec 2020
Interview
Panel interview over zoom. Routine questions. Was emailed about 2 weeks later stating I was "top candidate" when I actually was one of 3 finalist. Very misleading. Was asked to provide employment info for last 10 years and HR file releases for 3 past employers...for a $16 an hour job! Also have 3 references fill out online questionnaire. Over the top for entry level job. Two weeks later receive templated reject email. Way too many hoops for no return.
