Saint Paul Public Schools interview questions

Interview took place over google meet - there were 4 people interviewing me and asking questions. The questions were pretty straightforward - some about myself and some about how I would respond in certain situations.

I interviewed for a mental health practitioner position at one of the schools in the SPPS district. I was interviewed by 3 people, which I was fine with. But one of the interviewers was on his phone the whole time texting, picking up calls, and calling people. I was just blown away by his rudeness. Worst interview I’ve ever experienced.
