I applied during their national hiring event and it was fairly organized which I appreciated since there were a lot of applicants. I waited in the meeting room for about 30-40 minutes. While we waited to be called to executive office for the interview, an employee basically explained to us the pay structure, basic responsibilities which mostly applied to style advisors, goals, etc. I recommend bringing a copy of your resume!
