Loved the people I talked to on the team but HR was very rude and hostile, turned me off the entire role. I got conflicting information from HR and the team lead. A slew of very brash questions from HR which led to only a verbal offer and a refusal for a written one.

They asked me why I wouldn’t take the role if I didn’t have any other offers when I was hesitant about the salary.
The interview process was long and arduous, the vetting process at Saks Off 5th varies based on several factors, race, education and retail experience. The environment and vibe can come off classist.

Mediocre. 5 part interview process with many employees from different levels. They expected a full presentation with case studies and scenarios to interview for the roll. It was extremely long and lengthy process
