Bad, very bad. I drove 1200km to meet in person because they insisted on meeting in person. The day before my interview they informed me that they requited that I get a covid 19 test, which here in Japan at the time of the interview cost me ¥40,000, which they agreed to pay for then didn't.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sakura English Immersion (Tochigi, Tochigi)
Interview
Online first and invited for an in-person interview. Met with Head Teacher and Principal. Answered questions relevant to Teaching/Early Childhood Education. At the school, I participated in dance and exercise (be prepared to run!) and a short interview. If you can make the kids laugh, you'll do well.
