Initial Interview is conducted by the Human Resources team. Hosted in Salamander's library and then you meet with a manager or supervisor for a specific department. The interviewers wanted to get to know me and where I see myself in the future. I originally applied for a different department and they helped me decide Food and Beverage would be a better avenue.
