Interview
The interview process was professional and was conducted with a positive approach. I was asked questions as normal, however I was given the opportunity to ask questions as well. I started with interviewing with the General Sales Manager and then with the General Manager. I was very fortunate to get a chance to meet with many other staff members throughout the process. This company has the most encouraging and friendly staff. Each meeting or personnel introduction was positive and informative. This process is the most favorable interview process with a company I have had to date.

Many questions were based on experience and knowledge. For myself the questions were not difficult to answer as they were delivered in a clear and professional demeanor.

Interview
The interview process I have to say went real smooth. Salem knew prior to the interview that I had minimal knowledge with Data Analytics, but were impressed with my sales experience. They all agreed I could be taught and pick up pieces here and there to sale. All three interviews were held by pleasant people!

Overall fairly easy, had about 3 interviews, one over the phone, one in person with the GM and sales rep, and another over the phone with the VP in Glendale. Didn't hear back - no follow up offer or candidate rejection email.
