I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sales Partnerships (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2015
Interview
Very scattered & unorganized like everything they do. First I spoke with a company recruiter who was a nice guy but not very professional. THen I had a facetime interview with my future manager. She was very interested in telling me how smart she was and was fired soon after I was hired.

3 phase interview process, first is screen with HR , second is with higher up that will engage you in situation role play based on needs , third is more personal interview basic how do you handle employee conflict , mangers etc. assessing if you are a team player and how committed you will be in this role
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sales Partnerships in June 2018
Interview
The process of the interview was very misleading. What we thought would be our length of job security was not true. We were told that we would have a secure opportunity that would allow us to focus on this job only for a while and wasn't the truth. We basically interviewed just as long as we had the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at Sales Partnerships (Broomfield, CO) in Sept 2016

Pretty easy and straight forward video interview. Takes awhile to get back into contact. They do a phone interview and after that they follow up with an online skype interview with a few easy questions.
