Interview
Myself plus a panel of 5 employees including members of Road and Bridge and HR. A scripted set of questions were delivered and answered, nothing to crazy. The room was relaxed and pretty stress free as an interview can go. Lots of experienced employees that were able to give positive feedback on what made them stay 20+ years.
