Salit Steel interview questions

It was an average interview I believe. They are friendly. It took about 30 minutes and mainly introduction and resume were asked about. The HR people are really good and always smile.

Phone interview, drug screening, physical, orientation. A criminal background check is conducted through a 3rd party agency. After completing the interview and successful physical, you will move onto orientation. The orientation focuses on company policy, and health/safety standards. All the basics; sick days, vacation, disciplinary procedures, etc. A very straight forward process.
