It started with an 8 minute presentation on what you would achieve in the first 3 months in the role, followed by 10-12 questions in different themes such as experience, managing multiple priorities, keeping yourself engaged and fit for work

A lengthy process with a lot of repetition. CV, personal statement and interview. The process is the same for internal and external candidates. Good flexibility interviewing online and not just in person.
