I applied online, and got a call later that day to schedule an interview. I went in a few days later, and was invited into the back room. I had to fill out an application form first. Once I finished we began the interview.
It was pretty casual, but still had some formality. Overall a good experience. Interviewer was very nice.

Simple and quick. Only lasted 15 minutes. Only five questions were asked. Role play scenario between a customer and employee was prompted by the manager. It was based on how the employee would help the customer with what they were looking for.
