It was a long process, took a few weeks. Phone interviews as well as one on one. Questions were easy to answer. Manager was very friendly. Phone interview was basically just confirming things of one on one. We ended up sitting and talking for an hour after the interview was done. She basically told me what my responsibilities would be and things like that. She then called with my wage amount and the day to start. Great interview and expirence.

Simple and quick. Only lasted 15 minutes. Only five questions were asked. Role play scenario between a customer and employee was prompted by the manager. It was based on how the employee would help the customer with what they were looking for.
