It was a friendly, two step process. I had called and they to,d me to fill out an application printed out online. Then when I turned it in a got an interview the next day. I passed the first interview with the manager. After the second interview with the district manager I was hired. I started the same week.

five minute interview with explanation to duties and responsibilities. Talked about salary and schedule. Team seemed friendly and out going but salary was too low for my experience in retail.
The whole process is very simple. They ask the regular interview questions and ask about your availability. After that they pretty much let you know if you got the job or not.
