The lady that interviewed me asked minimal questions, and gave little to no detail about the job. I also never got a response for a follow up whether I got the job or not, even though she said she would call no matter if I go it or not.

five minute interview with explanation to duties and responsibilities. Talked about salary and schedule. Team seemed friendly and out going but salary was too low for my experience in retail.
The whole process is very simple. They ask the regular interview questions and ask about your availability. After that they pretty much let you know if you got the job or not.
