Very informal process. Supervisor brought me in his office, we had a one-on-one interview where he asked various questions to ensure I was qualified and physically able to perform the job duties. He then showed me the warehouse and explained how things were categorized and the ticket pulling process. He then asked if I had problems lifting large or heavy objects and if I could drive a fork lift.
