Got a phone interview first with supervisor or HR, asking about schedule flexibility, work/life balance, strengths and weaknesses. They will tell when the physical interview is, which can be in the same week. On that day, had to wait for about 30 minutes for the person that will interview to come. The interview was looking over the application, mainly the availabilities and talk about working on either Saturday or Sunday or both. There were some questions such as, "If you were in this situation, how would you handle it? " This was fun for me, but I'm pretty sure it would depend on who interviewed you. This was only about 15 minutes long or less. Then had to meet another manager to enter some information on the computer, which was about 10 or less minutes to do. The manager gives the information about where to go get the background check and also gives the paperwork to give to the person who will do your background check. Overall, this took an hour for the interview. After the background check is sent back to the employer, the HR will call in a week about the orientation to attend. Orientation was about safety and a short tour of where you'll work, where the exits are, where the emergency areas are, and where you can get a hold of a manager. If you got a call about when your orientation is, you are already hired.
