The process was long. 3 different interviews 1st Interview: Basic panel interview 2nd Interview: 24 hours notice was given to create and present a presentation so a varied panel over some data provided. There was also an excel exam and retail math exam. 3rd interview: one on one with VP of the department They expected quite a quick response given the length of the process
