Showed up around 15mins early, found someone to notify the manager that I was there for my interview, she asked me to sit down at the dining tables, the manager was pretty busy so the interview was short.

Interview
Filled out an application and assessment online. Received an email the next day that I was able to self schedule an interview. Scheduled my interview for the next morning.
Came in and let them know I was here for an Interview. Was asked with who, which I had no idea since I scheduled it online and never spoke to someone. They seemed a little confused on what to do, but asked if I knew what position I applied for. I was then sent to do a health screen and directed to the break room, since the cafe seating is closed currently, and they will have someone meet me up there.
I only waited for a few minutes for one of the managers to come get me. She was friendly, but did seem a little unprepared as she didn’t have any paperwork with my information. She had a blank piece of paper which she used to take down my name and availability. Asked about some of my past experience and asked a few situational questions. She wrote notes from these questions on the blank piece of paper. She also went over the position details as well.
It seemed to go pretty well at the end she advised me to keep an eye on my email as I should receive and email regarding my application within the week.
About 5 hours later I received an email with an offer letter and finished the required tasks online. Which were some general questions and a background check that came back within the hour, as you can login to check the status of the background check.
