I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Gainesville, FL) in June 2020
Interview
Online application followed by in person interview scheduled by the applicant. Interview covered availability, and three situational questions: how one reacted in previous situations with customers, reflections on how one handled adapting to new technology, and the most difficult adjustment to new responsibilities.

They asked question such as are you able to lift heavy. They also ask if you are good at multitasking because it is required for the job. The hours of the available position are also discussed during the interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Secaucus, NJ) in Dec 2021
Interview
I came in and went towards the back to find hiring manager. I had to sit at a table, until I was ready to be seen. A good 20 minutes later I was taken to a room to be interviewed. Except there were no interview questions, just the job position details. I was hired for morning shift part time. Alot of other details were skipped. I was told when I was "let go" for no reason, on day eight .
Very straightforward and quick, was hired on the spot. They asked about my previous jobs and experience and what I would be applying for, still waiting for my offer letter and hiring stuff post interview though.
