Quick and fun, they will hand you a phone and have you try to sell it back to them, they will ask what your favorite items in the store are. Make sure you do not say customer they are members.

Apply online and do the assessment test(also online) via the walmart/sam's club careers website not very difficult and the whole process takes about 20-30 mins, if screening goes well meet in person for an in-person interview.
