The interview process takes 4 stages: 1- HR general overview of the role and the company 2 - Task assignment 3 - Task presentation to CEO and long-term people 4 - Cultural fit & Line manager 1 5 - Line manager 2 It was all good until I met the Senior product designer. She gave some strong negative opinions about designers in well-known organizations but I could not see in her strong skillset in UCD and design thinking. In fact, once I mentioned how important is to employ a process in the design she argue say ' but this is old and we can't waste our time thinking without a goal' She judges the portfolio of case studies as something that doesn't show any purpose or ability to use Figma. Do we wanna work with such an arrogant persona?
