Started off asking several describe a time when.... Proceeded with asking for top 5 roles I did at my previous jobs. Felt subjective to rank them and asked if I could list the 5 in no order and response was disappointing.

A video interview was scheduled via text, so I had no idea who would be on the video interview when I logged on. One of the two managers had video problems, so I only saw one of them during the interview. I was told I would hear back within two weeks regardless of the outcome. That was two months ago and it has been radio silence. My application still shows a status of "Application being reviewed by manager" even though another job I applied for after that already shows a status of "Pursuing other candidates." Not at all happy with the lack of followup, which is severely disappointing as I was highly interested in everything I'd read about the company and was hoping to work there.
