2 short interviews one in the corporate office and one in one of their restaurants. The area leader I interviwed with was very condescending and rude. I should've known at that point not to take the position but I thought at the time I really liked what they had to say about the culture of the company.

Screening interview with HR to provide info about the company and a quick run through of your experience. In person interview with CFO, HR and owner. Personal questions more of a focus than competency based
