Applied for a Front-End role, but their engineers are all essentially Full-Stack, so the interview process was Full-Stack. Although I disagree with the other reviewers about elitism, they do bring up MIT a lot. Given that half of the engineering team is from MIT, this is a big group of really smart and dedicated people.
3 Rounds:
- Interview Phone screen with recruiter
- Coder pad question about a certain game
- Onsite
6 Rounds in total for onsite:
- 1 Product Demo
- 1 Easy/Medium Algorithm Question regarding their product
- 1 Lunch Round with 2 Employees
- 1 Hard Leetcode Question
- 1 System Design
- 1 Chat with Engineering Manager
- Wrap up ( not really a round )
They are in the process of moving, so the office you interview in is probably not the office you're gonna work in. Provided a goodie bag full of Samsara swag at the end of the interview. Also one of the few companies that provides feedback on the technical portion of the interview. Overall a very positive experience.
