Interview
The recruiter from the initial contact was good. And the HM asked basic questions about my experience. Then they switched to a different recruiter who skipped my call twice! She didn't reply to my email and just no-show during the time. Then they gave me a take home exercise which is basically writing a product spec and reply an email to a customer. This is not bad. But it has been almost a month I still haven't received the onsite schedule. It looks like they just don't treat candidates seriously.
