Straightforward, the journey was clear regarding the next steps, the HR team were likeable and polite in their communications. The process was succinct, they used great tools to synch availability, interviewers had diverse profiles, and a methodology they followed diligently. All of them were very respectful and attentive during the conversations. HR team sent information regarding the type of interviews and tips to be prepared beforehand.

Multi-Step interview process. Was consistent, folks got back to me and told me how to prepare. I met with a director and it appeared he may have been in a bad mood, but the interview went well. Never received an offer.

Interview
It was a very structured interview and also not lengthly. I was able to meet with 4 different high level people all within a week. I appreciated their availability and also how quickly they were able to provide feedback as well as next steps.

Tell me a time when you worked cross-functionally with your sales team? What was the initiative? What was the deliverable.
Recruiter call, VP call, three director calls over video… quick and straight forward but it does not seem like the team does much planning behind the scenes on who will drill into what topics. A lot of overlap on basic questions.
