The recruiting process included interview with the recruiter, the hiring manager, an interview panel, a presentation, and a final interview. The hiring manager was transparent and honest about the benefits and challenges of the role. They explained everything clearly, setting the right expectations. The interview panel stood out as well-prepared and professional. They had great questions, showing they had thoroughly reviewed my experience and were genuinely interested in how I could contribute to the team.
